Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide fresh rice noodles (sen yai)
  • 6 oz chicken thigh, sliced thin
  • 2 cups Chinese broccoli (gai lan), cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cannabis-infused sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • White pepper

How to make it

  1. 1

Separate noodles gently (don't break them). Mix dark soy, light soy, oyster sauce, sugar.

  2. 2

Heat wok until smoking. Add oil, sear chicken until golden. Remove.

  3. 3

Add garlic, then broccoli stems. Stir-fry 1 minute.

  4. 4

Push to the side, crack eggs in. Scramble lightly.

  5. 5

Add noodles and sauce mixture. Toss 1 minute until noodles char slightly.

  6. 6

Return chicken. Drizzle cannabis sesame oil and white pepper.

  7. 7

Serve immediately — pad see ew waits for no one.

Cooking tips

  • Maximum heat is non-negotiable — wok hei only happens above 500°F.
  • Fresh wide noodles from Asian markets are irreplaceable here.
  • Add a splash of vinegar with chili flakes on the side, Thai-style.

Why this pairing works

Caryophyllene — in your strain and on your plate

The only terpene that also activates the body's CB2 receptors, caryophyllene brings warm, peppery depth. It loves bold, savory, spicy food—peppercorn steak, aged cheeses, curries.
