CBD Lavender Latte

A calming latte built on linalool's floral logic — steamed oat milk, dried lavender, a whisper of vanilla, and a 2.5 mg CBD tincture. The quietest drink in the collection.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong-brewed medium roast
  • 1 cup oat milk (or whole milk)
  • 1 tsp dried culinary lavender
  • 1 tbsp honey or lavender syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dropper CBD tincture (~2.5 mg CBD, linalool-dominant)
  • Pinch of dried lavender buds, for garnish

How to make it

  1. 1

Warm oat milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add dried lavender and steep for 5 minutes — no higher than 160°F or the milk will scald and the lavender will turn bitter.

  2. 2

Strain out lavender through a fine-mesh sieve. Return milk to the pan.

  3. 3

Whisk in honey and vanilla. Froth with a milk frother or whisk vigorously until foamy.

  4. 4

Pull espresso or brew strong coffee into your favorite ceramic cup.

  5. 5

Pour lavender-infused milk over the coffee. Stir in CBD tincture.

  6. 6

Garnish with a few dried lavender buds. Drink slowly, near a window.

Cooking tips

  • Pair with Lavender Kush or Granddaddy Purple — the linalool creates a floral bridge.
  • CBD instead of THC makes this a zero-impairment drink. Good for mornings that need to stay sharp but calm.
  • Real culinary lavender matters. The stuff in potpourri is sprayed with fragrance — don't use it.
  • For an iced version, steep the lavender in cold milk overnight, then pour over ice and espresso.
