Limoncello Cannabis Tiramisu
Lemony ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and a limoncello-infused syrup. A bright, citrus-forward twist on the classic.
Ingredients
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup limoncello
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp cannabis-infused honey (~5mg THC per tbsp)
- 24 ladyfinger biscuits
- Powdered sugar and lemon zest, to garnish
How to make it
- 1
Whisk yolks and sugar over a double boiler for 4 minutes until pale and ribbon-like; cool to lukewarm.
- 2
Beat in mascarpone and lemon zest until smooth.
- 3
Whip heavy cream to soft peaks; fold gently into the mascarpone mixture.
- 4
Combine limoncello, lemon juice, and water in a shallow bowl. Whisk in cannabis-infused honey while still lukewarm (do not boil).
- 5
Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the soaking liquid and arrange in an 8x8 dish; spread half the cream on top.
- 6
Repeat for a second layer. Cover and chill 6+ hours, ideally overnight.
- 7
Dust with powdered sugar and shower with lemon zest just before serving.
Cooking tips
- Whisking infused honey into a warm (not boiling) syrup keeps the dose stable.
- For 8 portions at ~5mg THC per slice, total infused honey provides ~45mg—adjust to taste.
- Pair with Lemon Tree or Wedding Cake for a dessert-finale pairing.

Why this pairing works
Limonene — in your strain and on your plate
The brightest terpene on our list, limonene is the citrus engine behind sativa-leaning, mood-elevating strains. It pairs naturally with bright, acidic dishes and works beautifully as a daytime, social terpene.
