Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp culinary lavender buds (food grade)
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch slurried in 2 tbsp water
  • 6 tsp cannabis-infused honey, warmed (~5mg THC per tsp)
  • 6 thick slices sourdough, toasted
  • Cultured butter, softened, to spread
  • Flaky sea salt

How to make it

  1. 1

Combine blueberries, sugar, lavender, lemon zest, and juice in a saucepan.

  2. 2

Bring to a low simmer; cook 20 minutes, mashing some berries with a spoon.

  3. 3

Whisk in cornstarch slurry; cook 3 more minutes until glossy.

  4. 4

Off the heat, gently swirl in cannabis-infused honey (still warm but not boiling).

  5. 5

Cool to room temperature; transfer to a clean jar.

  6. 6

To serve: spread sourdough with butter, top with jam, finish with a tiny pinch of flaky salt.

Cooking tips

  • Cooking the jam first and stirring in infused honey at the end is the gentlest dose application.
  • Refrigerated, this jam keeps 2 weeks. Each tsp infused honey is ~5mg THC—plan portions accordingly.
  • Pair with Amethyst or Lavender for a quiet, floral micro-moment.
