Ingredients
- •1 lb sushi-grade white fish, diced
- •Juice of 6 limes
- •1 small red onion, finely diced
- •1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- •1 ripe avocado, diced
- •1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- •Sea salt to taste
Method

Combine fish and lime juice in a glass bowl; refrigerate 15 minutes until fish turns opaque.

Drain off most of the lime juice, leaving just enough to coat.

Fold in onion, jalapeño, avocado, and cilantro. Season generously.

Serve immediately with crisp tortilla chips or tostadas.
