- •2 medium zucchini, spiralized
- •1 cup fresh basil leaves
- •1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
- •2 cloves garlic
- •1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- •1/2 cup good olive oil
- •Lemon juice and salt to finish
Method

Pulse basil, pine nuts, garlic, and parmesan into a coarse paste.
